Nearing the end of my lease in Tiburon, I took a drive to Mill Valley one crisp morning looking for future possiblities as well as a parking space. Circling around the town and pulling through the central lot by the Old Mill Park, I pulled into the only space available and looked up... a "For Lease" sign was in the window directly in front of me! "You're kidding!?!" I said out loud to the universe. It was that easy.
