Repair/Exchange Policy

In business for over 30 years, we stand behind our products. If our shipment arrives damaged, please report immediately for repair or replacement.

All of our items are exchange only.
If a piece is worn and breaks, it is possible for us to repair, & sometimes requires a small fee.
Lost earring replacement is 1/2 of pair price plus return shipping. (We must have the original to assure the mate will match.)
